Simon Dumpleton
Accordion – Piano – Whistle
Simon is a multi-instrumentalist who works as a professional musician involved in a wide variety of on-going performance, recording and teaching projects. In addition to the Kirsty Bromley Band he also plays accordion in the ceilidh band Gallivant and keyboard / accordion for Sheffield song-writer Neil McSweeney. He has produced recordings for Jess and Richard Arrowsmith, Hekety, Outre Manche and the Melrose Quartet. Simon is also a qualified teacher with over ten years’ teaching experience in colleges, music schools and delivering private tuition.
