The Kelham Island singing session was founded by Jess and Rich Arrowsmith in 2003, and has attracted many wonderful singers from Sheffield and beyond. This new recording captures some of the most popular songs from the session, as well as the unique voices and exuberant harmonies which fill the Tavern on Sunday evenings.
The Kelham Island session was the first session Kirsty sang in, for years it's were she always tested out her newly learned songs and; got the support and; encouragement to sing more. It was great fun recording on the choruses for this album.
